He graduated from Computer Programming at Abant İzzet Baysal University in 2007, and from Business Administration at Anadolu University in 2010. He participated as the co-founder in the establishment of Serbay Interactive Advertising Agency in 2011 and the establishment of Kod8 Software Technologies (Kod8 Yazılım Teknolojileri) in 2015. Serkan Bayraklı has been in charge of Strategic Planning in the companies within Tayyare Limanı since 2011.
